HUMSS IS 

The HUMSS strand is designed for those who are wondering about what is on the other side of the wall. In another word, you are prepared to face the world and communicate with many different people. This is for people who are thinking about pursuing a degree in journalism, communication arts, liberal arts, education, or other fields asociated with social science in college.


WHY HUMMS?

The HUMSS strand course is designed to provide students with the necessary skills such as communication, writing, and critical thinking for on a daily basis tasks in careers that rely on interaction and engagement with peers. HUMSS students may expect to study Communication and Literature, among other things, as well as Physical Sciences and Politics in order to pursue fields in medicine or law. Enroll in the HUMSS strand to get the knowledge and mindset needed to fully understand the world around you and how you can contribute to it by engaging yourself in its culture and people and facing society's challenges in your chosen area.

Th rough my advocacy, I hope to increase understanding of the issue and promote action to cut down on food waste throughout the entire food supply chain. Food waste, in my opinion, negatively impacts society, the economy, and the environment. I want to educate people, groups, and decision-makers about these impacts and the significance of action through my advocacy. In order to reduce food waste, I advocate for sustainable practices like meal planning, mindful eating, and efficient food management. I want to encourage and enable others to have a good influence and strive toward a just and sustainable food system that is beneficial to everybody by advocating for these changes.
